Untitled
(round) 17" diameter
Mixed media on wood
SOLD

Well, finally, a new piece. It has been a long time, and not for lack of effort, I assure you. These round panels have been giving me a hell of a time. I didn't think it would be that different from painting on square or rectangular shapes... boy, was I wrong. I like the end result, and enjoy the challenge of painting in a round space. I like the linear shapes against the round cutout. I guess I was lazy with regards to naming this piece, but there is plenty of time to name it before November's show.

If you're interested in nabbing this piece before my show, drop me an email. Thanks!

Good to see you back. You were consistently making gems for awhile so extending yourself to the circular space is brave and looks like WOW! I can't understand why I don't see red dots on many of your paintings. Wishing you the best in your up coming show.

Whoa, JEFF!
Unique!
Really like this format, and love your approach. I'm curious as to how/if you will frame?
Looks "UPTOWN" to me.
:-)

and for your show:
Break A Brush!

Hey Babs! I'm glad you like the new format. I like it too, however, I'm still trying to navigate it... As for framing, the pieces are bare wood, 3" high on the side, so I will leave them bare with the option of of staining/painting it for people when they buy it.
